Matsu Sushi is, quite simply put, a gem tucked away in Dresher. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the inviting atmosphere—it's the perfect setting for a delightful night out. Their sushi is, without a doubt, among the best I’ve encountered. The freshness of the fish was remarkable; each piece melted in my mouth, bursting with flavor.

But let’s not forget the hot and cold appetizers, which were nothing short of exquisite. I particularly enjoyed the crispy tempura—a delightful contrast to the sushi rolls. Speaking of rolls, I would highly recommend trying their special rolls; they truly showcase the chef’s creativity.

The service was another highlight, thanks to the wonderful Kate who not only made perfect recommendations but also kept my glass filled throughout the evening. Her warm demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable.
